Create/Update NetSuite Customer from Salesforce Account (NetSuite API V2)

This integration selects new Salesforce accounts and imports them to NetSuite as customers.

Notes

• This integration works with the NetSuite V2 (REST) connector only.

• The integration does not create duplicates. If accounts with such name already exist, the existing ones are updated.

• NetSuite Fax and Phone field values must be at least 7 characters long.

• Use full country names in address fields and avoid duplicate Account names in Salesforce, otherwise the integration fails.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Salesforce connection for Source and NetSuite V2 (REST) connection for Target.
2. Provide the necessary information for the integration execution:
   1. Open the import task.
   2. In Mapping Definition of your import task, for the Subsidiary Internal identifier field, specify the name of your subsidiary instead of Enter subsidiary name here....
   3. Save the task.
3. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

• To create NetSuite accounts from specific new Salesforce accounts, configure filters in the task editor.
