Create/Update Salesforce Contact from Zendesk User

This integration selects new Zendesk users and imports them to Salesforce as contacts.

Note: If contacts with such email and name already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zendesk users to Salesforce contacts.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zendesk connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create/update Salesforce contacts from specific new Zendesk users, configure filters in the task editor.
