This integration selects new Zoho Desk tickets and imports them to Salesforce as contacts.
Note: If contacts with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.
Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk tickets to Salesforce contacts.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.
- Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.
- To create or update Salesforce contacts from specific new Zoho Desk tickets, configure filters in the task editor.
