This integration selects new Zoho Desk tickets and imports their contacts to SugarCRM as leads.

Note: If leads with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

Note: It does not import contacts of pre-existing Zoho Desk tickets to SugarCRM leads.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and SugarCRM connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.


  • To create or update SugarCRM leads for specific new Zoho Desk tickets, configure filters in the task editor.
