Create/Update Zendesk Organization from Dynamics 365 Account

This integration selects new Dynamics 365 accounts and imports them to Zendesk as organizations.

Note: If organizations with such name already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Dynamics 365 accounts to Zendesk organizations.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Dynamics 365 connection for Source and Zendesk connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create or update Zendesk organizations from specific new Dynamics 365 accounts, configure filters in the task editor.
