This integration selects new Salesforce accounts and imports them to Zendesk as organizations.

Note: If organizations with such name already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Salesforce accounts to Zendesk organizations.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Salesforce connection for Source and Zendesk connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create or update Zendesk organizations from specific new Salesforce accounts, configure filters in the task editor.
