This integration selects new NetSuite customers and imports them to Zoho CRM as contacts.

Notes

  • It does not import pre-existing NetSuite customers to Zoho CRM contacts.

  • The integration does not create duplicates. If contacts with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated.

  • Due to NetSuite's data structure specifics, when the Salutation field has a value, then customer address data (such as street, city, country, etc.) cannot be imported to Zoho CRM.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: NetSuite connection for Source and Zoho CRM connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create or update Zoho CRM contacts from specific new NetSuite customers, configure filters in the task editor.
