Create/Update Zoho CRM Lead from Zoho Desk Ticket

This integration selects new Zoho Desk tickets and imports them to Zoho CRM as leads.

Note: If leads with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk tickets to Zoho CRM leads.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Zoho CRM connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

• To create or update Zoho CRM leads from specific new Zoho Desk tickets, configure filters in the task editor.
