Use this integration if you need to migrate Dynamics 365 data to Salesforce.
This integration contains import tasks for the following objects:
account > Account
contact > Contact
lead > Lead
product > Product2
pricelevel > Pricebook2
productpricelevel > PricebookEntry
opportunity > Opportunity
opportunityproduct > OpportunityLineItem
incident > Case
campaign > Campaign
How to Set Up
Select or create connections: Dynamics 365 connection for Source and Salesforce for Target.
Notes
The task opportunityproduct > OpportunityLineItem depends on the task opportunity > Opportunity. The opportunities must exist before loading OpportunityLineItem data.
Task productpricelevel > PricebookEntry depends on both product > Product2 and pricelevel > Pricebook2 tasks. Products and price books must exist in Salesforce before importing pricebook entries.
Tips
If you want to migrate data from the particular entities, you can disable or delete the unnecessary tasks. To do this, point to the task and click Disable or Delete. Please consider the relations between the tasks (tasks may contain relation mapping involving objects from other tasks). Fix the mapping if you disable or delete their "parent" tasks from the integration.
Opportunity records require a valid price book in Salesforce. Make sure that corresponding price books are created and assigned before importing the opportunities.
