Use this integration if you need to migrate Dynamics 365 data to SugarAI.
This integration contains tasks for the following objects:
account > Accounts
contact > Contacts
lead > Leads
product > ProductTemplates
opportunity > Opportunities
opportunityproduct > RevenueLineItems
incident > Cases
campaign > Campaigns
How to Set Up
Select or create connections: Dynamics 365 connection for Source and SugarAI connection for Target.
Notes
Task opportunityproduct > RevenueLineItems depends on the task opportunity > Opportunities. Create opportunities before the migration. Ensure that opportunities are successfully imported before loading the RevenueLineItems.
Task incident > Cases depends on Account data. In SugarAI, cases are account-centric and require associated accounts. Import accounts before loading cases.
Cases linked only to contacts are excluded due to differences in data models between systems. The Opportunities and RevenueLineItems objects in SugarAI require mapping the Account and Name fields. Records missing required source data (such as opportunity without account or opportunity product without name) are excluded from migration.
Tips
- If you want to migrate data from the particular entities, you can disable or delete the unnecessary tasks. To do this, point to the task and click Disable or Delete. Please consider the relations between the tasks (tasks may contain relation mapping involving objects from other tasks), and thus, you may need to fix their mapping if you disable or delete their "parent" tasks from the integration.
