Use this integration if you need to migrate SugarAI data to Dynamics 365.
This integration contains tasks for the following objects:
Accounts > account
Contacts > contact
Leads > lead
Products > product
Opportunities > opportunity
RevenueLineItems > opportunityproduct
Cases > incident
Campaigns > campaign
How to Set Up
Select or create connections: SugarAI connection for Source and Dynamics 365 connection for Target.
Important note
Task Products > product uses Dynamics 365 unit group and unit in lookup. Unit must belong to the corresponding unit group. Unit and unit group must exist and be correctly related. We use the following default values in this integration:
Unit Group: "Default Unit"
Unit: "Primary Unit"
If these records do not exist or are not related, product creation will fail. If your environment uses different Units configuration, adjust mappings accordingly.
Task Opportunities > opportunity performs a lookup to account by name. Create the corresponding accounts in Dynamics 365 before importing Opportunities.
Task RevenueLineItems > opportunityproduct depends on Opportunities > opportunity task. Opportunities in Dynamics 365 must exist before loading the RevenueLineItems from Sugar AI. Each opportunityproduct record requires a valid opportunityid in Dynamics 365.
Tips
- If you want to migrate data from the particular object, disable or delete unnecessary tasks. To do this, point to the task and click Disable or Delete. But please note that some tasks may relate to other tasks (have relation mapping involving objects from other tasks), and thus, you may need to fix their mapping if you disable or delete their "parent" tasks from the integration.
