How to Set Up
Select or create connections: SugarAI connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.
Important note
We strongly recommend reviewing and removing duplicate records in SugarAI before running the integration. Duplicate records may cause incorrect lookups, duplicate records in Salesforce, and broken relationships between migrated objects.
Task ProductTemplates > Product2 performs product matching by name. For the best integration results, we recommend using an additional unique product identifier (for example, Product Code or another custom unique field). Product names are not guaranteed to be unique and may result in incorrect matches.
Task ProductTemplates > PricebookEntry uses a Salesforce price book. Before running the integration, replace the placeholder value "Enter your Pricebook name..." in the task mapping with the name of an existing price book in your Salesforce organization. The specified price book must exist before PricebookEntry records can be created.
Task ProductTemplates > PricebookEntry depends on ProductTemplates > Product2 task. Product2 records must exist in Salesforce before loading PricebookEntry records.
Task RevenueLineItems > OpportunityLineItem depends on the following tasks:
- ProductTemplates > Product2
- ProductTemplates > PricebookEntry
- Opportunities > Opportunity
Opportunities and PricebookEntry records must exist in Salesforce before loading RevenueLineItems. Each OpportunityLineItem record requires valid Opportunity and PricebookEntry references.
Tips
- If you want to migrate data from the particular object, disable or delete unnecessary tasks. To do this, point to the task and click Disable or Delete. Some tasks may relate to other tasks (have relation mapping involving objects from other tasks). Fix their mapping if you disable or delete their "parent" tasks from the integration.
