Import SugarAI data to Zoho CRM

Use this integration if you need to migrate SugarAI data to Zoho CRM.

This integration contains tasks for the following objects:

Accounts > Accounts
Contacts > Contacts
Leads > Leads
ProductTemplates > Products
Opportunities > Deals
Campaigns > Campaigns
Calls > Calls
Tasks > Tasks
Meetings > Meetings
Cases > Cases

How to Set Up

Select or create connections: SugarAI connection for Source and Zoho CRM connection for Target.

Notes

  • Review and remove duplicate records in SugarAI before running the integration. Duplicate records may cause incorrect lookups, duplicate records in Zoho CRM, and broken relationships between migrated objects.

  • Task ProductTemplates > Products performs product matching by name, which might not be unique. To improve product matching, map additional product identifiers, such as Product Code or another custom unique field.

Tips

  • To migrate only some objects, click the ⋮ icon on the task you don't need and click Disable. If a task has relation mapping to an object from another task, and you disable or delete that other task, update the relation mapping accordingly.
