How to Set Up
Select or create connections: SugarAI connection for Source and Zoho CRM connection for Target.
Notes
Review and remove duplicate records in SugarAI before running the integration. Duplicate records may cause incorrect lookups, duplicate records in Zoho CRM, and broken relationships between migrated objects.
Task ProductTemplates > Products performs product matching by name, which might not be unique. To improve product matching, map additional product identifiers, such as Product Code or another custom unique field.
Tips
- To migrate only some objects, click the ⋮ icon on the task you don't need and click Disable. If a task has relation mapping to an object from another task, and you disable or delete that other task, update the relation mapping accordingly.
