Use this integration if you need to migrate Zoho CRM data to Dynamics 365.
How to Set Up
Select or create connections: Zoho CRM connection for Source and Dynamics 365 connection for Target.
Notes
Make sure the source data is prepared and cleaned up before the migration. Otherwise, incorrect data or duplicates may lead to errors during import or result in inconsistent data across related objects.
In Zoho CRM, price book names may not be unique, while in Dynamics 365 the price level name must be unique. Ensure the price book names are unique in Zoho before migration or apply the transformation logic. Duplicate values may lead to import errors.
Although related fields in Zoho CRM are not mandatory, we recommend importing parent objects such as Accounts and Contacts before importing the related records to preserve data relationships.
Tips
- If you want to migrate data from the particular entities, you can disable or delete the unnecessary tasks. To do this, point to the task and click Disable or Delete. Please consider the relations between the tasks (tasks may contain relation mapping involving objects from other tasks), and thus, you may need to fix their mapping if you disable or delete their "parent" tasks from the package.
