Use this integration if you need to migrate Zoho CRM data to Salesforce.

How to Set Up

Select or create connections: Zoho CRM connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.

Review and remove duplicate records in Zoho CRM before running the integration. Duplicate records may cause incorrect lookups, duplicate records in Salesforce, and broken relationships between migrated objects.
Task Products > Product2 performs product matching by name, which might not be unique. To improve product matching, map additional product identifiers, such as Product Code or another custom unique field.
Task Deals > Opportunity requires the Salesforce StageName field. If the stage can't be determined from Zoho CRM, the integration assigns the default value Prospecting. Review the mapping and change the default value if needed.
Task Calls > Task loads Zoho CRM calls into Salesforce tasks. If your Salesforce organization uses custom activity processes or validation rules, review the mapping and adjust the task field values.

To migrate only some objects, click the ⋮ icon on the task you don't need and click Disable. If a task has relation mapping to an object from another task, and you disable or delete that other task, update the relation mapping accordingly.
