Use this integration if you need to migrate Zoho CRM data to SugarAI.
How to Set Up
Select or create connections: Zoho CRM connection for Source and SugarAI connection for Target.
Notes
We strongly recommend reviewing and removing duplicate records in Zoho CRM before running the integration. Duplicates may cause incorrect lookups, duplicate records in SugarAI, and broken relationships between migrated objects.
Task Products > ProductTemplates performs product matching by name. For the best integration results, we recommend using an additional unique product identifier (for example, Product Code or another custom unique field). Product names are not guaranteed to be unique and may result in incorrect matches.
Task Calls > Calls: Zoho CRM stores call duration in seconds, while SugarAI uses minutes. Therefore, calls lasting from 1 to 60 seconds are migrated to SugarAI with a duration of 1 minute instead of 0 minutes.
Tips
- If you want to migrate data from the particular object, disable or delete unnecessary tasks. To do this, point to the task and click Disable or Delete. Some tasks may relate to other tasks (have relation mapping involving objects from other tasks). Fix their mapping if you disable or delete their "parent" tasks from the integration.
