Post urgent Zendesk Ticket to Slack with Salesforce Account and its Opportunities information
This automation looks for new or updated tickets in Zendesk. When it finds one, it performs the following actions:
- If ticket is not assigned or does not have an organization specified, the automation will send a message with an error via Slack.
- If ticket has an organization, the automation will look for an account in Salesforce with the same name. If no match is found, the automation will send a message with an error via Slack.
- If matching account is found, the automation retrieves all related opportunities and posts a Slack message containing the ticket details along with the related account and opportunities information.
Tips:
You can configure the automation to track any other Zendesk Ticket priority level instead of Urgent.
Adjust how often Skyvia checks for new or updated records by configuring the Poll Interval in the Trigger settings.
