Use this integration if you need to synchronize Dynamics 365 and SugarAI data.
How to Set Up
Select or create connections: Dynamics 365 connection and SugarAI connection.
Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.
Notes
During the first run, the integration does not check whether records already exist in both systems. All records are copied between systems and mapped. If similar data already exists in Dynamics 365 and SugarAI, duplicate records may be created.
During subsequent runs, the integration synchronizes changes based on mappings established during the first run. If a record is updated or deleted in one system, the corresponding record in the other system is updated or deleted accordingly.
When a record is modified both in source and target, Skyvia will apply source changes to the target, and lose all target changes. They are lost even when different fields were changed in the source and target. Skyvia does not track changes on a per-field level.
Task product <-> ProductTemplates (direction Target to Source) uses a lookup to price list (pricelevelid) by name. Before running the integration, replace the placeholder value "Enter your pricelevel name..." with the name of an existing price list in Dynamics 365. For best results, make sure that the specified Price List already exists in Dynamics 365. If no valid Price List is assigned, Dynamics 365 may display the warning: "A default price list has not been set".
Tips
We recommend to prepare and clean data in both systems before the first synchronization run to avoid creating duplicates.
If you do not need to synchronize all objects, you can remove unnecessary tasks. To do this, point to the task and click Remove. Please consider the relations between the tasks (tasks may contain relation mapping involving objects from other tasks). Fix the mapping if you remove their "parent" tasks.
