NIPDB (Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board), a non-governmental agency focused on attracting investments for Namibia, faced a critical challenge in managing and backing up their customer and operational data. With HubSpot as their CRM and MySQL as their local database, the organization struggled with manual data backup and inefficient data sync between the two systems. The absence of an integrated solution led to a fragmented workflow, where valuable customer data was not easily accessible across teams.
