Create new Zendesk Organization from NetSuite Customer (NetSuite API V2)

This integration selects new NetSuite customers and imports them to Zendesk as organizations.

Notes

• It does not import pre-existing NetSuite customers to Zendesk organizations.

• This integration works for the NetSuite V2 (REST) connector only.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: NetSuite V2 (REST) connection for Source and Zendesk connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create Zendesk organizations from specific NetSuite customers, configure more filters in the task editor.
