This integration selects new Drip subscribers and imports them to Zendesk as tickets.
Note: It does not import pre-existing Drip subscribers to Zendesk tickets.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Drip connection for Source and Zendesk connection for Target.
- Provide the necessary information for the integration execution:
- Open the import task.
- On the Mapping Definition of your import task, for the RequesterId field, specify the email of Zendesk user who will own the ticket instead of Enter Zendesk administrator's/agent's email....
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

- To create Zendesk tickets from specific new Drip subscribers, configure more filters in the task editor.
