Create new Zendesk Ticket from QuickBooks Online Sales Receipt

This integration selects new QuickBooks Online sales receipts and imports them to Zendesk as tickets.

Note: It does not import pre-existing QuickBooks Online sales receipts to Zendesk tickets.

Note: For best results Zendesk users should be pre-synced with QuickBooks Online customers.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: QuickBooks Online connection for Source and Zendesk connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create Zendesk tickets from specific new QuickBooks Online sales receipts, configure filters in the task editor.
