Update HubSpot Contact from new Zendesk Ticket
This integration selects new Zendesk tickets and updates HubSpot contacts having the corresponding email information from the ticket requester data.
Note: It does not update HubSpot contacts from pre-existing Zendesk tickets.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Zendesk connection for Source and HubSpot connection for Target.
- Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.
Tips
- To update HubSpot contacts from specific new Zendesk tickets, configure filters in the task editor.
